Our Objectives
Recruitment Support
We assist member agencies in managing the challenges of foreign recruitment, enabling them to source and place talent from diverse backgrounds efficiently and responsibly.
Service Quality Enhancement
We actively support agencies in maintaining high service standards and building strong reputations within the employment industry.
Dispute Mediation
MAEA encourages constructive dialogue between employees, employers, and agencies to resolve conflicts and foster mutual respect.
Workforce Training
MAEA offers structured induction, orientation, and specialized training programs to ensure new hires are well-prepared and aligned with employer expectations.
Legal & Policy Advocacy
We champion the rights and operational legitimacy of agencies, engaging with government stakeholders to influence policies—especially in line with Act No. 2/2008 (Articles 66 & 89).
